Return Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns: We will always strive to provide the best experience possible when ordering from us. We will make sure to confirm all details in order to ensure quality and accuracy for your order, however, we have a no-returns policy. As such, we do not provide refunds, however, in case of any dissatisfaction with the product, you may refer to the exchange policy.
Refunds: If an item is purchased online from our website, we will allow you to open and examine the jewellery or watch at the time of delivery.
If any defect is found, you may choose to have a refund or return the item so we may replace it.
Exchange: If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange the product with a product of equal value or more, within 7 calendar days of the purchase. You must pay the difference if the product chosen for an exchange is higher than the original purchase.
Items may be exchanged once per purchase. No more than one exchange will be entertained per invoice.
– An exchange will only be possible with the original sales invoice present.
– Examination and evaluation of jewellery for exchange will take up to 7 working days or more.
– Please keep in mind that watches can only be exchanged with watches and diamond jewellery with diamond jewellery only.
– Items that have been worn, damaged, resized, scratched or altered in any way will not be accepted for exchange or upgrade.
– To exchange an item purchased online from Amwaj Jewellers, please contact our customer service department at from Saturday to Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., or send an email to info@amwajjewellers.com.
Our customer support team will then walk you through the procedure within 7 working days of receiving your order.
Please be aware that these policies do not apply to custom orders. Custom orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. These policies only apply to purchases made on our website or in our Sharjah, UAE, physical store.
